At 10:00 am of 17 May 2013, 2012 annual shareholders' meeting was held at fourth floor conference room of the headquarter building of Jiangsu TY Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd. Total of 12 people of the shareholders and shareholder representatives attended the meeting, on behalf of the company vote shares 237501233 shares, occupied 100% of the company vote shares. All the board of directors, supervisor of the company attended the meeting including all senior managers of the company and the relevant personnel.
The general meeting of shareholders was convened by the board of directors of the company and chaired by the company chairman Mr. Yan Shengjun. The meeting examined and unanimously passed unanimously “The company 2012 annual work report of the board of directors”, “The company 2012 annual work report of the board of supervisors”, “The company 2012 annual financial statements”, “The company 2012 annual profit distribution plan”, the proposal of 2013 annual audit institutions employment” etc 5 proposals. Shareholders and the representatives praised the 2012 annual achievements, and they were full of confidence also about Tianying company future development.
On the meeting, the participants on behalf of the company shareholders and improve operational efficiency, strengthen the proposed corporate social responsibility, formulate relevant development strategy.
